We are a family run accountancy firm in Hurstpierpoint West Sussex, established in 2004 with over two decades of industry expertise. Our small and friendly team provide tailored accounting solutions, to meet your individual business needs. Dawn Benson

Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA)

Dawn established the practice in 2004 after holding a number of senior positions in accounting and finance across various industries. Now with a successful accountancy practice, she provides business support and accounting services to her clients in a wide range of sectors.

Dawn lives in Hurstpierpoint with her husband and two children and enjoys walks in the countryside and socialising with friends and family.

Denise Horner

Senior Bookkeeper and Payroll Manager

Denise has worked at Dawn Benson Accountancy Ltd since 2009, having previous experience in the banking, insurance, and telecoms sectors. Denise looks after our clients supporting them with their bookkeeping, VAT and payroll requirements as well as helping to run a busy office. Denise lives in Brighton with her husband and family, and enjoys keeping fit, spending time outdoors and socialising.

Heidi Salvage

Senior Bookkeeper and Payroll Manager

Heidi has worked at Dawn Benson Accountancy Ltd since 2008, having previous experience in the financial services sector. Heidi’s role includes supporting clients with bookkeeping, preparing VAT returns and payroll as well as helping to run a busy office. Heidi has lived in Hurstpierpoint for over 20 years with her husband and three children. Heidi enjoys a healthy lifestyle and keeping fit.

Kate Markovic

Bookkeeper and Payroll Administrator

Kate joined Dawn Benson Accountancy Ltd in 2023, having previous experience in customer services and payroll administration. Kate’s role includes supporting clients with bookkeeping, preparing VAT returns and payroll. Kate lives in Portslade with her husband and enjoys running and socialising with friends and family.

The story behind our logo

We had been looking for a logo that really represented the journey we have been on over the years and our values including what is important to us.

We had a lot of fun coming up with ideas and colour schemes and in the end felt that the ‘owl’ truly represented what Dawn Benson Accountancy Ltd was all about.
